We began this business in 1976, but we were by no means inexperienced. Roger Krass was the founder and is still the principal figure in our business.  In the past Roger was a locksmith and security consultant for an intelligence gathering government organization in Washington D.C. He was also a police officer and has held several political offices and civic appointments.

From the very first day in business, Roger provided high quality locks and security devices at a reasonable price to a wide range of customers. Since we operate a retail store, we can provide a much higher range of services and repairs than our competitors can. We provide welding and machining services, which sets us head and shoulders above the rest.  Our emphasis is on quality repairs of expensive or antique locks, safes and related items. Anyone can sell you a new lock, but who can repair and restore it?
